Tim Cook, Jeff Bezos and more tech CEOs are set to attend a White House summit with Jared Kushner

Leaders from the most significant engineering business are set to visit the White House later this month for an inaugural fit of President Donald Trumps group formed to modernize government services, according to three parties familiar with the plans. They will arrive weeks after numerous tech chiefs publicly separated with Trump on his decided not to exit the Paris climate deal.

The American Technology Council see will include a congregate of top executives followed by smaller hearings on particular topics, including those involving tech auctions to government agencies, said the people, who questioned not to be identified considering internal matters. Eleven fellowships have been invited to participate in the June 19 top, the people told. The schedule of planned attendees include Apple Inc. Chief Executive Officer Tim Cook, Microsoft Corp. CEO Satya Nadella, Amazon.com Inc. CEO Jeff Bezos, Oracle Co-CEO Safra Catz and International Business Machines Corp. CEO Ginni Rometty, the person or persons enunciated. Alphabet Inc. plans to send Executive Chairman Eric Schmidt.

Facebook Inc. also has been invited to send an executive to the summit, but it hasnt hitherto responds to bidding, one of the person or persons supposed. The fellowship declined to comment.

Representatives from Apple, Alphabet and Microsoft declined to comment. Spokesmen for IBM and Amazon didnt immediately respond to requests for explain. An Oracle spokeswoman showed Catzs participation.

Councils Mission
